How often do I need to wash my handbag?
The frequency of washing depends on the nature of your usage e.g. daily or once in a while?
As a rough guide, send your daily use handbag to a professional handbag cleaner once every 2-3 months depending on the soil level.
Purses may require shorter cleaning cycles due to their normally high usage.
Less frequently used items may be cleaned once every 6 - 12 months.
Would frequent washing shorten the lifespan of my handbag?
On the contrary, a frequently washed handbag or purse will
have less abrasive dirt and/or grime that cause premature ageing and
accelerated wear and tear.
The colour on my handbag has faded. Is there anything I can do?
Yes, you can send it to us for re-colouring back to its
original colour or change it to one of your choice.
Why do I need a 'protective coat' on my handbag?
The protective coat is for repelling of liquid and dirt especially for delicate leathers and fabric which are highly susceptible to staining.
Lambskin and suede being highly absorbent are exceptionally vulnerable to stains - even a simple sprinkling of tap water or rain drops can
cause unsightly water marks. The protective coat does not alter the look or feel of the bag.
